Best ever IB Consulting Awards bring profession together

December saw the third Annual IB Consulting Awards, held this year at London's Langham Hotel, which built on the success of previous events with a greatly expanded list of categories and many more attendees than last year. Presenting the evening, IBC director, Lynda Purser, reflected on how far the Awards had come since 2007's "village fete in a basement".

IBC links with The Genesis Initiative IBC has contributed to a new Westminster-led manifesto that suggests practical ways in which small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can help revive the UK economy. The manifesto, Britain's Economic Revival through Micro, Small and Medium-size Businesses, is the brainchild of The Genesis Initiative, an alliance formed in 1999 to improve the quality of the debate on SMEs in the UK and Europe, and create economic reform, driven by SMEs and supported by Parliamentarians.
